Important: This applies to online orders only.
If you purchased from a 6th Sense physical store, please contact that store directly - this policy does not apply to in‑store purchases.
Customer Service Hours
For online/order queries email online@6thsense.ie: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm. Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.
Extended Returns - Holiday Season
Items purchased online from 17 November 2025 can be returned for a refund until Friday, 9 January 2026, as long as all conditions of our full returns policy are met.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on online orders. If you need a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods. This period is final and cannot be extended.

Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached as sold, in the original packaging, and with the packing slip as proof of purchase.

If items appear to have been used, worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke (or any other odour), we reserve the right to return them to you without refund.

You will be refunded the price you paid, not necessarily the sale price if you purchased the item on promotion - and replacement items may not be available at the same discounted price.

If you return part of a promotional deal (e.g. “Buy One, Get One deal” or a bundle), the promotion will be voided. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the item(s) you’re keeping, and the difference refunded accordingly.

Return shipping is not free - customers cover the cost when returning by post.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods, nor your right to cancel orders under consumer protection laws.
Refund Process

After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund via the same method you paid, excluding the original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-7 working days after you receive the refund notification email. (Some banks may take longer.)
